The Orchid Court located in the Fairmont Orchid Hawai`i is known for serving the premiere breakfast on the Big Island. The delectable rotating buffet menu offers a daily selection of à la carte items such as Taro Pancakes with Local Honey/Macadamia Nuts/Papaya Compote and Waimea Corn and Crab Cakes with a Hawaiian Remoulade. Menu items that are sought-after by locals and visitors alike include Portuguese Sweet Bread Crunchy Fresh Toast, Hawaiian Style Eggs Benedict, steaming hot Kona blend coffee, a selection of Fairmont teas and fresh squeezed juices are served directly at your table. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 – 10:00 a.m. either indoors or in the picturesque garden courtyards.
